Effect of Huayu Qufu Shengji Decoction on Postoperative Pain and Wound Healing Time in Patients with Perianal Abscess

This study aimed to investigate the impact of postoperative pain and wound healing time in patients who underwent perianal abscess surgery. A total 106 surgery from July 2019 May 2021 were enrolled as subjects randomly divided into a control group treatment with 53 each group. The received potassium permanganate sitz bath after surgery, while smoked Huayu Qufu Shengji decoction levels (measured by visual analog scale score), healing, inflammatory factors response rate compared between two groups. Before treatment, scores similar both groups (p>0.05). However, decreased significantly score was lower than that (p<0.05). Moreover, had shorter shedding time, quicker emergence new epithelium smaller such tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-6 interleukin-1 beta level showed higher application can relieve pain, promote faster improve inflammation state, resulting significant overall effect. Therefore, this be preferred first-line therapy.
